Missing parts!!!!
This kit should have had 2 nuts and 2 bolts along with the other parts. The kit that I received had 4 nuts and NO bolts. I substituted bolts that I had in my stash at home, otherwise this product would have been useless to me. It worked perfectly after I used MY bolts therefore the product works as it should when the proper parts are supplied. Werner needs to improve their quality control. I worked in a factory for 36 years along side of several subpar employees, so I know what they are up against.
