Not Compatible with iOS 11!!!!!
Bought this for my son to use on the road. It is not iOS 11 compatible. Customer service said they would ask for an update and that I can just hope for the update to happen. I will wait for the update for a short period then get back in touch with them. I was advised that I could use it on my home computer. That is not why I bought it. The device is advertised to be compatible with ipad, iphone, etc. Nothing was mentioned about it not being compatible with the latest iOS version. Make sure you know all the details before purchasing this device...I wish I had known the company had not updated their software or app. There is currently no app on the apple app store. I hope this is remedied in a very short time.
