GA-F2A88XM-D3HP Motherboard is sluggish ...

GA-F2A88XM-D3HP Motherboard is sluggish and takes an excessive amount of time to boot to the operating system or load anything from hard drives or USB drives. BIOS settings and everything else appears to look good. CPU settings, voltages and temperatures all good. Not sure what the problem is but still troubleshooting it. PS is new and 750 Watt. Slow with SATA, IDE and USB drives. Not sure what the problem is but shows no errors.
