As Seen On TV - Bavarian Edge Kitchen Knife Sharpener

Purchased because I needed something that would sharpen only the leading edge on serrated steak knives. It does a fairly decent job at that, but not so great on regular kitchen knives. If your regular knives are really dull, this will bring back a 'usable' edge (with a lot of effort and 75+ strokes) but will not give you that advertised 'razor sharp' feel. I use this "Bavarian Edge" to get about 80% of the way there, then finish with a 'wet-stone' for a razor edge. So; it's not junk, and does give your knives a decent edge (the serrated edge sharpening was my purchase point) but will require some extra effort for that professional edge feel.

OK for a basic 'short trip' driver.
OK for 'back and forth' to work trips. Thinner and less ribs than Auto Zone 'Duralast' product I removed from my vehicle. These will more than likely start to warp in 6 months or less.
