simply doesn't work
Honestly, it took me more time to get out some of the wrinkles, not all because that never happened, than it took me to iron the same article of clothing. It was difficult to fill, difficult to hold the directed distance and just generally difficult to use.
I would not recommend this product to anybody I liked.
