the all in one gym.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have been training for 40 years in all type of Gyms and I think this could help you if you can not get the time to go to a gym this home Gym might be for you it comes with a DVD which will help you do the exercises and it is easily packed away. also you can do as much or as little of the exercises that you fell you can do or the time you might have to do them.

they light the way
I have two pear of PIR Auto sensor lights going up my staircase and they give off a good bright light also it saves me putting on my main lights but other people would have meany other placeless they could use them very good I dear.

back to School
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a very light hearted enjoyable film if you like Margaret Rutherford and Alistair Sims Joyce Grenville you will like this film. It is about a boarding School for boys but unknowns to Alistair sims a Girls school has been sent to his boarding school BY department of Education with out his knowledge and that is when all hell breaks loose it is a good old black and white film if you like old British comedies you will like this film.
