Seller shipped wrong part but owned up to it. Asked if they would ship the correct item after the incorrect item returned and they have refused anymore conversation after many attempts. They quickly refunded money once item returned.

Well this is an interesting feedback. We made an error. We clearly saw the error and made it right. Paid to ship the wrong item back. Instantly issued full credit. We told seller that we would be happy to send the correct item, but since this order has been closed out they would have to re-order. Not sure what more we were supposed to do? Sorry for the error. I was once told "an error becomes a mistake only when one refuses to correct the error"
