  They said they would help with this defective product. It doesn't work as it should. You can only turn on or off by unscrewing the cap. Plus it has only one speed? We never used it or indicated we used it. You have to put Batteries in it and turn it on to see how it works. Right... Now they said we are not going to refund use because we turned it on to see how it works. Wow Not Good sellers and do not stand by what they sell. Avoid this seller an Buyer beware. Go on Line to A-zon
