    i give it a 5 because ive had such bad luckk ordering these sprunki's. it was a day late but he did respond to an email and get us a tracking number the next day. they are about the same quality as my other orders of sprunki's from 3 different companies. over all im happy with this company and will only be using them for sprunki orders from here on.

    The item arrived broken. But the customer service was excellent. They resolved it within two days. And they didn’t ask for me to return the item. They just refunded me. So that saved me the trouble of having to send it back to them. So I appreciate that very much. I recommend them on the customer service alone because they want you to be happy.
