Plastic threads hurt quality.

Item mounts easily and performs as advertised (normally closed opens upon operation). Had seen concerns of plastic threads and can confirm they are not the best. Product instructions even warn to not strip threads. I can see a drill out & install of a bolt & nut set up in the future.

Bought for use as pattern

This is an exact fit for my PM700. It is kinda thin but my intent is to use it as a pattern for making a thicker gasket from gasket material I already have.

OEM Lug Nuts = Best Value

Within the last year I purchased some chrome aftermarket lug nuts that are embarrassing to have on my vehicle due to rusting. I expect these to last all of the 10 years my OEM nuts lasted before I wanted to do some minor appearance improvements. Installing on 2012 GMC Acadia.
