Meet the new keyboard, same as the old keyboard.
This replaces an older copy of the exact same keyboard, whose most-used keys stopped working without re-strikes after 14 years continuous use (washing it in the dishwasher without detergent didn't appreciably fix it). It has buckling-spring keys, an older design which requires a firm strike but prevents many errors.
