  item arrived damaged probably due to poor packaging. when I received the item it was rattling inside the box and when I opened it, the phone was out of bubble wraps. I noticed the damage, white spot on display, later, since it was not noticeable on a dark theme. contacted the seller, but he/she refused to negotiate further.

  I asked ebay to step in and after that the seller agreed to issue a partial refund.

  Not true! The device was wrapped with SEVERAL layers of bubble wrap and placed inside of a small box that was fitted to the layers of bubble wrap and taped closed to prevent movement. The device was master reset to clear personal info. How can “dark theme” be on during the initial setup? The spot in reference was on the pictures used to sell the device. I refunded half your money and allowed you to keep the device, so how is it that I “refused to negotiate further”? You are a scammer and liar!
