A necessity for any home gym.
1 of 1 found this helpful This piece of equipment is the key reason I've recovered from knee surgery. After being on disability for 8 weeks w/ limited mobility, I actually lost weight. Just using it for 10 minutes a workout makes me drip w/ sweat. Plus there's no pain or stress put on my knee even when I push my workouts to the max. The TV is great to watch as well and I even forget I'm working out at times. For anyone who is tired of being out of shape, this is the machine to get you back into shape. No matter what your physical capabilities are. I highly recommend owning this elliptical trainer. Its got me back to my fighting weight and I'm looking forward to getting better everyday!
