Whiten now
I could tell the difference after 2 uses. My teeth were visibly whiter. I use the trays after conforming them to my mouth and then use a small amount of gel in them. However, I cannot let the product remain in my mouth for more than 20 minutes and I can only use it 2- 3 times a week because it causes a little discomfort if used more than that.
