not as advertised
1 of 1 found this helpful i reviewed multiple products before ordering, looking for mortar type material that could be used in fireplace joints. unfortunately, the product is not as advertised. (silica base & cement) it is a gelatinous goop that may be suitable for gaskets and pipe connections, but cannot be used to repair joints in firebrick as I had anticipated. and the tan color has no resemblance to mortar or cement. I cannot use it.
