Maybe connectivity issues with certain Panasonic DVD players?
Purchased on ebay and had to call support because router had been pre-programmed. Deleting prior settings involved a combination of pushing/holding the reset button for 10 seconds after plugging in power cord. After reset, set up was pretty smooth (be sure to download GoogleWifi app BEFORE you shut off your wifi!). Wifi works well, but even though settings indicate "blazingly fast connection, capable of HD streaming, my Panasonic DVD player doesn't work well any longer. Netflix streaming through the Panasonic are pixelated and difficult to watch. The Roku, however, streams the same programs just fine.
So a good product, but maybe connectivity issues with certain Panasonic DVD players...
