  i ordered 2 hamster cages from this seller only they did not bother to pack them properly and they both got broken badly in the post i contacted the seller but they was not intrested and would not refund me i would be very careful buying off this seller and i have no idea how they got 100% feedback they are dreadful and have done me out of £52 which ive now lost

  The buyer said she had received the cages damaged and I had not packed them properly. I immediately asked her to request a refund through eBay so they could send her a returns label. I also explained how I had carefully packed the items in a strong box an added ‘fragile’ labels on the outside.I requested photos of the damage and said eBay would request the same as proof of damage.She refused to send photos or contact eBay for a refund and became aggressive in her messages. What more could I do?
