We negotiated for an additional glass globe shade & I paid the extra fee; sadly, one arrived shattered. I immediately sent a picture & asked if the additional fee could be refunded, to which the seller said they wanted to try & get reimbursed first by the post office. Have not heard from them since despite 2 attempts to reach out for an update. Very disappointed about the lack of customer service follow-through.
