  Unfortunately, USPS hit again. The teapot was broken upon arrival. Daben_9859 was very quick to offer a refund without needing to ask. That is how a seller should treat their customers. I had a refund in a matter of hours. They responded immediately when I texted the picture of the teapot. If Daben_9859 ever has anything else I might like to buy I would not hesitate to buy from them again. They did insure the package so they are not entirely at a loss, thank goodness.
