Faulty part (obviously not tested like they say)

They sent me a faulty part which I paid almost £300 to get fitted only to find it had a fault but to be fair to them they refunded me the money for the part strait away no questions asked, just unfortunate they didn't apologise or contribute further for my wasted my time and money in terms of labour costs fitted a part that was no good.
