Simple, straightforward, does the job.
Just needed to tone a few wires to sort out a utility closet without spending a fortune. This was exactly the ticket. No idea what I was doing or everything it could do, but I was easily able to figure out which cables went to which outlets in various rooms.

Value for cost is the key.

It isn't the only harmony you would want, and certainly not the newest (available free to download on archive sites) but for the price these are available, having a decent parallel harmony at the bedside is quite useful. Another super inexpensive older harmony using the inline method is Boettner.
