  This guy sends a Collection item in a envelope with no padding or insulation to protect it. It gets smashed and bent up. I bring it to his attentioni and want a refund of some kind so he does not have to go through the trouble of shipping it back and such and he demands pictures and me do "Leg work" for him becaue of his stupid packagging... What a joke.
