LEGO duplo Marvel Spider-Man Web-Bike Workshop 10607, NEW

The product seems OK; however, it was sold as NEW and the box had been taped back together where it had been opened on one end. I assume all of the pieces are there, but it certainly was not new. Additionally, it had been wrapped only in a flimsy envelope and the box was bent very badly. It seemed a shame to give as a Christmas Gift in such bad condition, even if the product itself seemed OK.
