Nice advertised charge, but it is not held long enough to be useful.
2 of 2 found this helpful These Vivtar batteries advertise higher output (2000mAh) over the usual 1500 or 1800 mAh of the Canon batteries, but did not hold the charge when sitting in my case!
This past weekend I nearly missed an amazing photo experience, thinking that my camera was broken (having tried 2 batteries and it still not coming on.) It was only when I put the charged Canon battery from my bag in the camera did it turn on, thankfully!
Perhaps if the batteries were used right away after charging they would perform as one would expect, but I try and keep charged batteries with me on my hikes, in case the flash or video sucks up more power than expected.

Bright lights, Lightweight, and Great Value
These lights are an exceptional deal for the quality of the products. The headlight is great, super bright, with some interesting lighting modes.
This is a good deal that I would recomend to anyone looking for a bright headlight for their bike!
