1 of 1 found this helpful I'm a diabetic patient after I take saw palmetto not only just help improve my prostate, it also help me to improve my diabetic condition by regulate my sugar level.
Cause for diabetics have to take medication name of "Matformin" this drug will cause diarrhoea in the middle of the night and cause me to me more tired and inconvenient as well.
I will recommend those who have diabetics to take Saw Palmetto it take easy on your stomach and you don't need to always go toilet.
