    Bleached Compensated Bone Saddle

"Intonated" Bone Saddle - Acoustic/Electric Guitar Replacement - 1st time replacement - DIY
Quality product = authentic,. stated description matches the quality of goods offered. I should have checked with the company before purchasing to find if they offered a service to match the specs of my oem saddle. After receiving the part I realized I still needed to cut and sand the new saddle for it to fit in my guitar bridge. There was some quite technical cutting I had to do on the bottom of the saddle for the piece to line up with my built in acoustic piezo found underneath the saddle. If the company could have done that cutting for me that would have been best but despite all that I appreciate the quality of the part and ended up doing all the sanding and cutting my hand to fit the piece perfectly into my guitar. If you are buying a normal acoustic guitar this part would be perfect right out of the bag from manufacturing probably only needing minor sanding to thin the part to fit into the slot on the bridge where the saddle goes. This part is very sturdy and to my ears has slightly improved the sound of the strings on the guitar providing longer sustain and more clear overtones.
NEW Gotoh SG301-P4N MGT Locking Tuning w/ Keystone Buttons Set 3x3 - COSMO BLACK

Dressing Up The Acoustic Guitar For A Night Out In Town
Makes a player/musician feel good knowing they have quality equipment and accessories to provide the best possible music they can for listening and recording. The posts are shorter than stock noname brand tuners changing the angle of the strings sitting on the nut from the post. Not sure if that does anything to the sound though. It's a difference of 10mm. First experience using this kind of locking tuner and they appear structurally sound and will be an integral part of my tuning and playing experience from now on. While I look forward to getting more comfortable with this type of tuning machine I did notice the choice I made for keystone buttons is something of an esthetic where many people differ in their choices. Also the cosmo black finish is better than regular chrome to my eyes and while I wanted an aged finish I could not find the right faux ivory buttons with antique finish to match my guitar's fretboard dot inlays. I'm merely stating the options to match the buttons to the inlays played a large factor on my purchase. Last thing, tuning machine upgrade options are all available when upgrading an acoustic guitar because there is no need to match with other metal hardware parts which is why I chose to go with the cosmo black instead of traditional chrome metal fittings.
