Great for the price
A little hard to lock open and closed, but cut very well.

Will not steadily charge computer.
This charger keeps turning off and on. About every 10 or so seconds, it stops charging for a few seconds. So at this point, I've had my computer plugged in for 2 hours or so and it is only a little more than halfway charged. I've checked the cord and tried different outlets, but that hasn't helped. A little disappointing, but you get what you pay for.
