Unknown if it works properly
Once it arrived I downloaded the app and found that it wants to know my location in order to use it. At that point I uninstalled the app. There is no reason for the app to need to know that info.
So, I don't know if it works or how well it works.

It works well as it should but had a bit of a problem
It arrived in good condition. I attempted to use it but no matter what I did the radio would not program.
I checked the RJ-12 under a microscope and found that pin 5 which was a braided shield was shorted to pin 6.
I cut off the connector and put a new one on and it works great.
