Umi- The Other Side of History dp style...
This kid Umi is serious. If you consider yourself a fan of dead prez- stic.man and m1, then this is more flavor you'll love. between this CD and the I'm Just a Prisoner CD, Umi now has over 50 tracks on the market. At least 15-25 are very solid.A few are 5 mic tracks... I'd advise any true hip-hop fans to purchase both CD's. You won't be disappointed. Umi is from Tuskegee Alabama but comes off more like a Philly or New York MC. It's not about materialism wit' Umi, it's all substance. Plus you can feel this kids passion. If you get a chance, also purchase the dead prez "live in San Francisco DVD" It's a nice live video that feature Umi on a few tracks as the opening act. His energy steals the show to me... I'm a huge dp backer and fan, and in my opinion, if Umi were a full time member of dp, his abilities as an MC would follow stic.man's but perhaps are a bit more solid than M1's Go to bossupbu.com, for music, DVD's and for more info on dead prez, umi, and the rbg fam...
    Baden Grip-Tread Rubber Basketball New

Nice Ball but Not Great Color...
The seller previously was adverting only pictures of this ball in the nice black and white colorway when I ordered one for my son. They sent me a Black and Fluorescent Green one that I wouldn't have ordered... They are nice, very "grippy" basketballs, but the color is definitely GREEN! So understand you'll likely be receiving a GREEN ball as well...Seller has since added a photo of the ball I received after I requested some assistance that they denied. Not a huge deal, but understand the ball is Fluorescent GREEN and black and there will be NO RETURNS if you're dissatisfied...
    Andis Cordless T-Outliner Lithium-Ion Trimmer #74000

Doesn't Live Up To the T-Outliner Name...
The Andis Cordless T-Outliner doesn't live up to the well deserved reputation it's name sake, the real T-Outliner, had earned. It looks like the corded version which became the standard in the Barber Industry, but is an entirely different beast. The main difference is the rotary motor in the cordless versus the magnetic motor in the corded version. The rotary may claim, and in fact move the blade at speeds the magnetic motor can't, but it doesn't have the same smooth, professional feel either. They're lighter, which is nice, and the base for charging looks really good, but they don't work as well on all types of hair as the standards. On Caucasian and Latino clients they seem to be decent for neck and hairlines, but don't seem to be as effective on Black clients from my experience. I've been a licensed professional Barber for 30 years and I like to know what's new and effective in the industry. To say these liners are ineffective wouldn't be correct, but realistically, they're not worth $150, nor even $100 in my estimation. Perhaps $60 would have been a better pricepoint, as the cordless Andis Slimline Pro Li at around $55 seem to be just as effective at doing the job...Andis is the Industry standard and the T-Outliner true classics, but the cordless version doesn't quite live up to either name in my opinion.
