Don't replace transfer case.
3 of 3 found this helpful I was told I needed a transfer case and a front driveshaft. Sounded logical until one realizes that BMW simply made the spline portion of the front driveshaft too short...3/4 of an inch contact. The female splines in the transfer case are open and much deeper. This part works to both allow you to use existing transfer case and front driveshaft. It is machined so well that it compressed air in the driveshaft. Buy this one. I have seen other similar parts that don't have the length of this one. This is a high quality piece of hardened steel. I have taken the time and effort to recommend this part because I hope to help you out. It is nice in this day and time to get what you pay for. My X5 is happy and so am I. David Allen, Lakeland, FL

Not for professional use
As one might and should expect, these are made in China. The fittings are cheap and not well machined. The black hose I received has 3/8 fittings, but 1/4 hose. What's the point? This product might be ok for backup, but certainly not for the professional looking for everyday use. Cheap price, in fairness.
. $30 bucks for backup hoses, bottom line.

What A Phone Should Be...A PHONE!
These phones are indestructable. Battery life is unreal. If you want to talk and text, like me, and don't care about all the bs, then buy....if still available.
