  This seller said he was out of town and wouldn’t be back until August 9th. Well on August 8th I realized I purchased the wrong item. So I figured I would request a cancel. He blew up and accused me of fraud and called me a liar. He refused to give me a return and refused my request to cancel. Well lo and behold the package never made it to my residence. He still refused to give me a full refund. He charged me for shipping and even the box he in which he shipped the item. eBay gave me a refund.

  Buyer admits it was his mistake, buyer didn't request a cancellation, he requested a return for an eBay-disallowed reason "just didn't like it" even before having rec'd the item. eBay informed seller was not required to accept a return. Then, when buyer subsequently rejected carrier's delivery attempt, item was returned to seller. Proof of delivery attempt provided to buyer. Seller refunded $31 of the item price and none of the shipping since that cost had already been incurred by seller.
