I was very polite and let the seller know that I wasn't happy he had lied about the condition of the item and didn't mention the damage in the description. He had a snarky attitude and was beligerent and insulted me in emails. Gave buyer opportunity with reduced price but declined. Expect buyer anticipated I was not going to ask for return and just give it to them for free. Such is the world.
