Still having issues
2 of 2 found this helpful While I love the ZTE phone from the moment I got it I've been having issues the screen doesn't come on and off as usual Wi-Fi is never correct opening and closing programs gets stuck I have sent multiple emails to the company is and they want me to do a hard reset I have done a hard reset and still having issues I cannot be without a telephone not sure how to fix this while I love the ZTE I'm sure there must be a way to fix this issue with his company Wi-Fi signal is never strong not sure if it's metro or the phone but everything else that I have seems to be working with Wi-Fi perfectly the on-and-off button doesn't always work are the biggest issue is the screen and lack of programs opening and closing customer support just chronically emails me hard boot the phone reset the phone hard boot the phone it's not working. The screen doesn't always go on it opens our programs wife I will not hold I emailed them they want to down charge me 15% stocking fee I have to buy another phone and then they'll send me a phone or vice versa the phone that I looked at yesterday was 149.95 not today that they jacked up the price $30, at this stage of the game I don't know I think I'm just going to call you eBay
