He loves the compact Ness of it. He’s just very happy with it you know as long as his last a reasonable amount of time we do have the warranty extra s

It didn’t live up to its description very much disappointed
To be honest for the price of it it’s very sketchy. It has a mind of its own. At least mine does. In fact, I don’t even use it anymore. I wish I could return it and get something else for it considering the price of it I now purchased I recently purchased a different hearing device and the reason that I didn’t contact you was because I miss placed one of the plugs but I recently found it. It doesn’t seem to do anything. I thought I would have to take it as a lost. If you can help me I would really appreciate it. Maybe you could replace it
