Does what I want it to do
It's yeast for my bread making machine. I couldn't buy my usual brand, all the supermarkets and on line suppliers had sold out. I have decanted some off into my usual brand's tin. The rest I have sealed in its packaging and a freezer bag. I have stashed it in my fridge. It will be interesting to see how well it keeps.
The portions I have used work perfectly well, as good as my usual brand. If it keeps ok in the fridge I may well purchase this product again from eBay in preference to my usual brand. 500g is a useful amount to have in stock at home.
Not sure whether or not it's good value. It's difficult to compare under the present circumstances. There does seem to be some variationin price, even on eBay
