  The seller informed me regarding one of the tools in the IS60 I purchased was faulty. They offered a discount, as well as the option of waiting a bit longer to get a new IS60 altogether. They made sure I was getting high quality products, and not some “kinda” working product. My IS60 came in packaged pretty well. The value of the IS60 from this seller was phenomenal compared to buying it from amazon.

  Laptop was as advertised except it did not have the backlit keyboard stated in the sales ad. I contacted the seller after getting the laptop. The seller was apologetic about the ad error and promptly sent a new backlt keyboard for me to install which took care of the problem. As an occasional Ebay seller myself I've learned mistakes sometimes happen, it's what is done about the problem that matters. This seller took care of the issue. Thanks so much!
