TiVo products and service - a breath of fresh air!!
2 of 2 found this helpful This is the best DVR interface product I have seen so far! We were using Dish service which we loved prior to purchasing our HDTV, at which point Dish became very expensive with HD the programming.
We switched to Time Warner Cable which provides free HD channels, but their equipment was notoriously unreliable, had no auto-resolution of programming conflicts, would not work half the time, skip our shows, record only 6 minutes and quit working, etc, etc... In simple terms - after the DISH's DVR, Time Warner's DVR was a very frustrating experience.
So, TiVo is like a breath of fresh air!! Customer support and service is incredible: polite and knowledgeable staff, very very helpful 100% of the time! Switching to TiVo was like waking up from a bad dream and stepping into a reality where everything works the way you want it to work, 100% OF THE TIME! Machine works flawlessly, no glitches, no delays in operation, no synchronization problems with the sound, no delays... Knowing that this product is this good just makes the other services out there now look so much worse.
With ethernet connectivity, the programming possibilities and overall experience of full potential of our HDTV is now a reality. Searching for programs, BETA search interface, programming suggestions, intuitive navigation and very easy set-up, online show selection and programming of the machine remotely makes it worth every penny. With an external HD addition, it gives 93 hours of HD recording space, which for us is so far, more than enough.
I highly recommend this machine, TiVo service and everything it does. It is simply put - AMAZING!

Awesome phone
If you need a phone that has address book back-up with t-mobile, this phone is a phone is for you... I had Nokia 3220 before - it was stolen and all my contacts with it... This is a no thrills phone, but for talking and signal strength it is better than anything out there. Has a simple mp3 player - works fine. If you need a nice phone, get this one.
