The Confessions of Jacob Boehme
This book was written by a German shoemaker named Jacob Boehme (lived around 16th to 17th centuries) who described his moments of illumination. Very insightful book and full of remarkable writtings by this Christian mystic. My only problem with the book that the first chapter does not start untill 39 pages(out of 188 pages) into the book. The intro and note by the author (Palmer) take up the first series of pages. The note by the author is very interesting and important in understanding the rest of the book and is good reading in my opinion. This book is very, very small (akin to a pocket bible), granted that my book was published in 1954, and is literally the smallest book I have read in many years. Good reading if looking for spiritual insight!

Bringers of the Dawn
3 of 3 found this helpful This book was definately different. I learned some things and it definately puts a different spin to how you may view yourself and this world. Highly recommended for those who feel they have a higher calling.

good amount for a good price
