Good Spigen build quality. Very slim with minimal bulk. Minimal drop protection.

This case is another Spigen product, and the build quality does not disappoint. The case is very slim in profile and does not add any bulk. The thickness with the case is very minimal. It is great to hold because it is not bulky. However, I would not recommend this case if you are after good drop protection. So this is definitely not a case for you if the kids will be using the iPad. You will get good protection from direct impacts to the face of the iPad. However, if you drop the iPad and it lands on any of the 4 edges, then there is very little edge protection and there is a good chance that the screen will shatter due to impact on the edge. The case is also a hard plastic. It will most certainly crack if dropped. The rear plastic is smooth, and although it feels nice, it will slip around if laid on a smooth surface like a glass table top. I get around this by laying the iPad face-down on a table so that the more grippy PVA-leather face prevents the iPad from slipping around on the table.

Silent machine

This machine is reasonably silent (more silent than my Bosch front loader). The steam (or refresh) function is a gimmick. It does not really freshen up your clothing. The clothes come out damp and crumpled....But the feature is great if you want to dampen your clothing ready for ironing....

Rare rose gold Promaster

The colour of the case is actually rose gold (which I love). Even the buckle is matching rose gold. The pictures are a bit misleading as the bezel markers appear like yellow gold...but all the metal bits are most definitely rose gold tinted. The lume is very very good - appears blue in colour. Even the tip of the second hand has lume! The dot on the bezel is glow green however, which gives a nice difference. The crown as a nice "Promaster" logo on it - nice and subtle. The minute hand on the female version has a red colour outline, but the male version has gold coloured hands. This is a true classic Promaster watch that you can knock around. My wife has the female (stainless steel colour) version that she has been wearing for 2 years and it has withstood all the knocks and bumps in life. The width of the strap is 22mm at the case lugs, and it tapers back to 19mm at the buckle. You can quite easily replace the rubber strap for other straps such as fabric nato or zulu straps.
