OEM power supply, needs the extension 110v power cord

The power supply functions flawlessly as it is OEM supplied by Apple with the MacBook Pro's. What would be nice since there is no easy way to hack the item is to either supply or sell the extension cord adapter that is supplied by apple and clips into where the house receptacle adapter currently sits.

Poor fit and no function

I expected the Iphone5 to simply drop into the adapter and then case. It did not fit. The only way to keep it connected was with a rubber band and by then it was useless.
