The seller messaged me to confirm receipt of the photo (which was much appreciated as I wasn't sure I'd sent it correctly), and let me know when the item was about to be dispatched. From ordering to receiving the cushion, the time taken was four days, so a very fast service too. The photo print was great quality, and the item seems to be well made. Would be happy to order again.

  I'm happy with the puzzle I received, but this seller had no communication. I messaged twice and emailed, but received no responses. Very frustrating, as I was starting to worry they hadn't received my image. I appreciate they must be busy around Christmas, but some kind of acknowledgement would have been nice. Can't fault the item though, print quality is great.

  The chocolate is not as bright as in photos, it doesn't look like chocolate as its a grey colour rather than brown. The foil wrap looks fantastic. It's a smooth quality and the phone feels secure so far. This arrived quickly, but the seller didn't respond to a message I sent about my order, so it's too late now
