I bought 2 of these for my very stubborn Dachshunds that love to bark at everything and charge the door whenever they hear anything. From the very first time I used it on vibrate it was enough to get their attention and stop the behavior. I have not had to use more than 50% power on vibrate to correct bad behavior. Very satisfied.

I use it with my IC-7300

While these are definitely Heil, they work very well for a fraction of the price. The mic boom takes a bit to shape and position to where you want it. I would not really call them noise canceling but more noise reducing. I could still hear my 2m radio while working 80m,but what do you really expect for a headset less than $60. I am very satisfied with them and would recommend them to someone that wants to use a headset but doesn't have a big budget to work with. I get good reports of sound quality back on 80m. I have not yet tried them on other bands.
