Lightweight...but not much cushion

I was really excited about this boot, ultra light weight and great looks...and was very disappointed once I started wearing them. I quickly realized to get the ultra lightweight, they had to sacrifice a lot of what seems to provide the most comfortable of rides, the soles. These seem to be made of a hard lightweight plastic, except for the very bottom layer. I spend 8 hours a day on my feet, and really need the cushion. These are incredible looking boots, but I had to buy additional cushion inserts to keep them from hurting my feet for the lack of cushion. I have fairly narrow feet, and the "Laces Keeper" on the top of the tongue was almost useless, as it just bunched up after I tightened the laces and I couldn't shove the laces in it. The first day wearing them, they rubbed a spot under my right ankle causing a blister. Don't know if this was just a fluke with this certain pair, but added to my disappointment. Great looking uppers, but just not enough cushion if you're going to be working on your feet for long periods of time. I'll use them as backups, now going to try and find a cushion boot!

All around great shoe!

These shoes are perfect for not only running and walking, but also a great casual shoe that pairs with just about anything. Definitely my go to everyday shoe!

Stopped working within 2 weeks!

Wanted to try the new "Slim" PS3 Console...but, within 2 weeks of purchase the deck malfunctioned and stopped reading disks coming up with an error code that apparently is a fatal flaw. Maybe this was unique with this console, maybe not. As it is now it is a very expensive paperweight. Very disappointed with this purchase! BUY A WARRANTY!
