Good product, if you can live with less than the latest technology
1 of 1 found this helpful Being an older design, this receiver has some limitations:
no HDMI inputs and it doesn't process Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD, so playback of Blu-Ray disks falls back to the earlier surround technology (Dolby Prologic II).
Finally, the manual is poorly written, and must be studied carefully to set up the unit.
Despite those negatives, it produces good sound.

Good receiver for the money
This receiver supports HDMI 2.0, so that it's ready for 4K.

Good battery
Seems to work as well as the battery that came with the phone
