  I bought this item that was described "working" and when it was received the item does not work. I contacted the seller and their response was "did you read the description" "watch some videos on it" "read the instructions". The seller was very rude, this is the second stream deck I have, so I know how they work because I have one. The seller told me I was having "buyers remorse" because they "do not sell defective items". That is definitely a lie. I was scammed put of my money.

  A newbie child, has NO Ebay credibility, (2) feedbacks (one is mine). I thought the transaction went smoothly and acted too fast to give him positive feedback. I previously had 453 Positive feedbacks with 100% satisfaction. Ignore this fool.
