Awesome Conceptual Idea of Functionality, But.......................

The device has an awesome conceptual idea of functionality, however, in order to achieve the operating parameters specified, is almost impossible. In my particular case, it has been an ordeal to make it work with my ICOM 7200. NOTE: The OUT potentiometer seems to lock itself at the maximum position, I do not know if this condition is OK or a defective one.
