Living Well With Migraine Disease & Headaches
I bought this book because I suffer my migraines myself and I have read some of the author's comments on "my migraine" website and was impressed with her answers. Because everyone's migraines are different, education is the key. Ms. Roberts did an excellent job of explaining all kinds of headaches and treatments. She gives many references for getting more help and even some legal aspects I hadn't thought of. I would reccommend this book to anyone who sufferes from migraine disease.
