The seller was very unpleasant but at least he told me what ebay had said about me. This is my 8th bottle tree and I have never had a problem. I was very pleased with my trees and gave each Artist high marks and glowing praise. I received the bottle tree from Inverness, Florida today 4 days early. Very impressed with Fedex. 2 of 2 found this helpful The only issue I have is that it has a protective cap to fit over the locking mechanism. It fits very loosely and I expect won’t last long. The lock itself seems good.
