Everything is perfect! After refurbishment was complete it was shipped right away and arrived quickly. The packaging was designed to get this heavy typewriter delivered intact. Exactly as described in words and photos. Unbelievably great value. It was well worth the few weeks it took to get exactly what I wanted. Great, quick communication all along the way. I will buy again!

Chuck was very conscientious about ensuring the typewriter arrived as scheduled. The price and value were fair. Chuck is a master craftsman and artist. His work product is simply amazing. My Selectric II arrived in extraordinary packing, and when opened, looked like it was emerging brand new from a time capsule. I bought the typewriter as a gift for my wife. Chuck made me a hero. I would absolutely buy from Chuck in the future.

I asked for something specific and he delivered a 10 Pitch Selectric 1 in Red, and oh man it's a beauty. My 14 year old son helped me open the box when it arrived, and commented after, "Dad, even the way it was packed is impressive." Thank you, so much! Would love to leave a lengthier review, but I only have 500 characters! So, I'll say again this was an INCREDIBLE Experience!

I bought my IBM Personal Selectric typewriter from him and when he said that he restores them to museum grade restoration he is not lying, it is in show room new condition. He communicates with you through out the whole process and keeps you updated and lets you know what to expect. I know that they price sounds high but for the labor and results that he puts into you are getting off cheap!!! I cannot say how much I love my "new" typewriter!!!!
