Metal vs plastic stanchions

Metal stanchions are superior to plastic ones because the plastic ones break easily and do not take or hold paint well. I have used a lot of the a-line stanchions over the years and have never had a problem with them. Also, metal stanchions can be reshaped to meet the requirements at hand.
